The university should cut all ties with this company. The company made so many mistakes with almost every class composite for 2023 and refuses to fix and reprint them. Students paid for these and Lifetouch has refused to honour their end of the transaction. Almost every faculty has already taken their business to the other photography studio on campus. Good luck getting a hold of anyone for customer service. This company doesn’t care about its customers and their products are obscenely over priced
Appointment was at 3:00pm and waited for 45 minutes. No email was sent to me regarding cancelation.
I stood there waiting, only for my appointment to be cancelled 10 minutes after the start time! If you require us to give you guys 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule, the same courtesy should be given back, I find this very unprofessional.
Horrendous photos and butchered the class composite. They didn’t even look at the photos before sending them out because I received one where the flash didn’t go off and I’m completely black against the background.
They dont have an option where you can buy your digital photos without the watermark!!! you either have to buy their expensive packages or buy the CD which costs $249!!!!!! like who even uses CDs anymore???? Honestly if it wasnt for the gown that I needed to take my photos in I would have taken my pictures elsewhere
