Had the best experience yesterday! I’ve walked past this store plenty of times when going to the mall but a friend of mine needed a suit so right when we got to the mall I decided we should just try it out and I am so happy we did! We were greeted by Ms.Wilson and with one look at my friend she was able to get him every exact size he need for his suit. We were in and out within 30 mins! Plus!!! She hemmed his pants! Went in there because I needed some new loafers for work, the guy who assisted me was super cool and very professional - he was the homie. HOWEVER the shoes they sold me WERE FAKE. Every single TAYNO dress shoe has the logo on the bottom. Display model had it. The ones I got do not and I didn’t realize until the next night when I got back to New England and was cleaning the shoes. At least they marked them down for me $10 because they were on a mannequin. Not happy with my purchase, I was made promises that weren’t kept. I’m not confident in this place. My tux is for my wedding total disaster.
Kim was extremely help with assisting me in getting a suit. I would definitely recommend to anyone. She was very friendly and professional.
I had a great experience at Prestige Menswear! The employees were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in finding the right clothes. There were two gentlemen helping us, and they were both patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire shopping experience.
