Disappointing experience. I was quoted AUD 110 for work, but after the work was done, I was charged AUD 133 which was never mentioned upfront. Pricing should be clearly communicated in advance. Additionally, the behaviour during the interaction was not polite. Lack of transparency and professionalism.
