The limo I rented got in a car accident (accidents happen I get it)…but it was the companies reaction to the situation that was ridiculous. The accident delayed the groomsmen & made us miss pre ceremony photos. The coordinator told me “the accident wasn’t bad, the limo will still arrive in 15 minutes, don’t worry”….15 goes by, I ask for an ETA and if we should call Ubers instead, as we are in a big time crunch…he said nope don’t ... read more
