Having initially written a good review I have had 5 weeks of struggle. What I thought was good work turned out to be awful. Tiles were laid with gaps showing the felt underneath, damaged tiles were reused, the valleys are scruffy and unfinished, old lead was reused, concrete was put round the chimney where it should have been lead. A neighbour's roof was damaged in the process. It took 4 weeks for waste to be removed. A gutter has been left hanging.
