No communication skills at all. If one of their employees gets sick, well you as a customer are forgotten about for the week. Even on our settlement date, there was no instruction on how it was to unfold or if we had to do anything. We even emailed on the morning. And had no response the entire day. Unable to take responsibility for their failings and instead respond with excuses I would expect from children.
The team at Prestige Group Finance helped me obtain my home loan when my own bank refused to help. Highly recommend speaking to the team if you’ve had problems elsewhere getting approved or simply want to make sure you have the best product on the market.
