This place operates in many states. We had them come out and appraise our belongings for a charitable donation. They sent Brenda Blackmon to catalogue the things we were donating, and to research/put together our appraisal. Brenda did an absolutely TERRIBLE job of this. There was 0 communication throughout the process on their part. We informed them That we needed everything completed before end of the year, was told it wouldn’t be a problem.
