EDIT:: To prove the lack of attention to detail that you get with Prestige Estate Services Property Appraisers, read their response to my review. They are apologizing for my interactions with the estate sales team. $50 for a 3D printed plastic dragon? Everything is overpriced by this company at any estate sale I’ve been to that they’ve hosted. The ‘gems’ are priced unreasonably high (higher than eBay listings of the same items), so when the last discount day comes it gives the illusion of a deal. Estate sale hunting is a lost art due to the greed of companies who overprice used items. I admit I actively avoid any estate sales hosted by them.

This place operates in many states. We had them come out and appraise our belongings for a charitable donation. They sent Brenda Blackmon to catalogue the things we were donating, and to research/put together our appraisal. Brenda did an absolutely TERRIBLE job of this. There was 0 communication throughout the process on their part. We informed them That we needed everything completed before end of the year, was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Went to a couple of your sales. Dana and her team have always been professional. They do an amazing job setting everything up and getting ready for the sale. I really enjoy going to your sales and look forward to finding many more items.

Thank you so much for such a great experience in Littleton. Steve helped me in the garage and was pretty knowledgeable about several items. Prices seemed to be very reasonable for the items I was looking at. Will definitely be at the next sale. Looking forward to other sales in the area.
