My wife and I became members of this amazing credit union a little bit after moving to Texas a few years ago. We needed a place locally as we were 190 miles away from the bank we used to be with. Since then, we have been able to secure a few loans, including a new auto loan - something we planned to do with them for a while. I have been attempting for several years to have my husband do a bill pay, and even when I go to the credit union with him, they are unable to do anything! Lo and behold Chelsea, the kind, caring, and persistent young lady on the phone. Took a lot of time , because she had to jump through hoops, but she got it done ! Chelsea deserves a giant raise !
