For my 1st time calling to make an appt with Jaqueline McLaughlin MD their front desk representative was very nasty over the phone. Accusing me of calling the phone repeatedly when I was on hold from my initial call. For my first time ever calling I refuse to even make an appointment.
This was my first visit and it was amazing the staff was very understanding and worked very swiftly. Doctor Henry was very hands on, even had Giselle who was shadowing him help out and they both were super easy to work with when it came to making corrections and getting through with my appointment. Doctor Henry even fixed a problem that he noticed and everything went well. Glad to have them and grateful to be a new client with them.
The best experience I ever had
Absolutely loved Dr.Henry and all the medical professionals. Highly recommend to visit.
