Bought a suburban from one of their salesman Joseph. Been over a year and I can't get the title. Do not buy from these people.
These people are crooks.I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan and they said it would take 30 days for the title back in oct if 2024.Its now January and no title.They said their “ title lady” would do it for $800 so we paid it,and got nothing but ringing phones and lies about it.They have done nothing about it and now will not answer the phone.Very bad customer service….think again before buying a vehicle here!!!!!
Please stay away from this place, they're just scamming people bought a GMC truck 2015 in 12/19/2023 and have i haven't get a the title ever since. I filed complaints with DMV in Texas, they are doing some investigation and it maybe be stolen.
