It’s 10:30am on a Thursday and I can’t reach anyone in the entire building, I tried every extension.
Awful place! My dad was there for several months and neglected. I’d visit and his catheter was overflowing and nobody answering his call light. He ended up losing his large toe due to them ignoring podiatrist instructions for recheck. Even after this, they have not offered to pay for any of my dad’s medical bills, and continuing to bill him for an outstanding balance! Go anywhere else!
