My mom has been there for almost a year, I have been trying to find her a different location but nothing available for her needs. she hates it there, her mind is still good and can communicate in her own way. She tries to with the staff too but they are too inpatient, lazy, young, immature and unqualified to be working there in my opinion. NOT all but most. DO NOT GO THERE! If you love your family do not send them there! I was there longer than I needed to be do to being homeless and I had staff say that I was stealing snacks or taking more than I should. That the snacks belonged to the residents . Being accused of burning incense and being accused of all kinds of stuff. Uncompassionate about peoples life situations.
