*WARNING - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED* We rented a car from Prestige Car Rentals Melbourne in November and were required to pay a $1,000 security bond. The vehicle was returned without issue, damage, or dispute. It is now January, and the bond has still not been refunded. **** They’ve now responded claiming the vehicle was returned damaged, which is completely untrue. I have full evidence proving the car was returned in perfect condition. This is the first time anyone from their team has bothered to reply after weeks of chasing. I am proceeding with Consumer Affairs and will be creating a Facebook and Instagram page to publicly expose their dishonest practices. I would highly appreciate this company. I hired the audi q7 for the weekend and paid all the dues before . Got the car like brand new washed . We did some extra kms but john nvr charged us extra . I saw other reviews mentioning about their bond . I paid 2000$ for bond and i recieved it in 4 days . Overall great experiece . Thanks prestige car rental for making my trip so memorable. .highly recommendable
