I like the fact that I was able to get a car at the last minute. Avis had flexed me and I really needed to get out of town. They came in on Saturday just for me.
Terrible!! Do not use this place! When we got there they had no cars, even though we had a reservation. And the office was closed on top of everything.
Booked a car. Great price! Two days later the booking was cancelled for no reason. Called the number for the Manhattan outlet and spoke to Marvin. This guy was SO rude. NO help and refused to answer any of my questions. Even when I told him I was calling from Australia! Told me to ring back in the afternoon to speak to Larry the manager and would not budge even after I explained that was not possible due to time difference. Stupid ass at the counter, racist dass. Reservation was made a week in advance and when I go pick up the car the ass at the counter was worry a obout my personal life and why I didn't rented somewhere else instead of renting the car. She denied to rent the car that was reserve a week in advance with specification of where I was going right at the moment of pickup even traveling with kids. Never renting form this place again. B I T C H.
Rudest woman I've ever spoken with answered the phone when I called this morning and then she hung up on me. I will never rent a car here and immediately cancelled my weekend rental to rent from another more professional company.
