We wanted to have an outdoor louvre installed on our west facing bathroom window. After some shaky start due to some misinformation and misunderstanding in the beginning Ilona the manager come to the rescue, and organised to have the product we wanted in the first place made and installed. We are very happy with the service Ilona provided.

After an excruciatingly bad experience with another big name company who, despite three attempts, couldn't make a single built fit the windows they were supposed to, we were referred to Prestige Blinds and Awnings. They came out and measured the windows, gave us a very reasonable price, delivered on time and the blinds fitted perfectly the first time. A very positive experience.
