If you order from this company, just be aware that there is no customer service after the sale. My hose reel was damaged and despite being informed by General Pump that Pressure Washers Direct was responsible for warranty issues, PWD refused repeatedly to help.
On July 11, 2021 ordered a Simpson MegaShot MS 3125-S Power Washer. Shipment was quick and it was received with damaged shipping materials on July 14, 2021. I took pictures of the damaged packaging, damaged parts and contacted Power Washers Direct on July 16. Customer service email states they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Did not happen.
