Nick, John and team have been amazing to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will go above and beyond to make your vision a reality. I am a reasonably technical person, and never considered an integrator, but I'm glad I did. Nick even gave us a free wifi router to cover an unforeseen dead zone. These guys stand behind their work and -- throughout our entire new-home-move-in process -- Press Play has been (by FAR) the best vendor partner we've used for ANYTHING in our new home.
We worked with Nick and the Press Play team after we moved into our new home. They wired an internal and external speaker system and completed our living room with a frame tv/motorized mount set up. We hired these guys when we first moved it and they did an amazing job setting all 5 of our TV's up. Had them back recently to upgrade our sound system. If you want it done well, this is the place to hire. Also, really, really nice people. Thank you!
Would like to share a story for our dear friends. This company was paid for a service during our friends time of need and was paid for the job through an insurance claim and now the company will not return the calls to finish the job in the home. It's not okay to treat people this way.
Nick and the team at Press Play did a great job setting up our new house with WiFi, TV, sound system, and security. Nick worked with us to come up with a perfect plan for exactly what we were looking for. His team does awesome work. During the installation process, they were professional and clean, taking all empty boxes with them. I’ll definitely continue working with them for any future projects!
