I really want the store manager to see this. The woman you employ there, especially the one with glasses, needs to speak politely to both delivery drivers and customers. She needs to learn how to ask questions in a more polite manner; you need to teach her some basic civility.

Ordered some Pukka tea from these guys online as they advertised they had it in stock. It is getting very hard to buy tho tea and my mum loves it so I did a large order. After a week I rang and enquired about the order as I hadn’t heard anything from them. I was advised that they had found out the day before thy couldn’t get it from the supplier and were unable to fill the order - a refund would be processed. Great. Just got a good to go bag, 2 aeroplane choc mousse packets and a a bouquet of chocolate flowers that seems to be left over from valentines, its stale, past its use by and the chocolate has gone white. Meant to have been a bag of groceries close to date. Would never shop here.
