We got a surprise bag from this shop via Too Good To Go app. In the app, they advertised it worth $ 40 but discounted to $12.99. But in the bag we’ve got, we only had 1 bag of Smith chip (at most $5 in value), 1 sandwich expiring on the day (at most $7 in value), 1 White Wing cake mix expiring next day (at most $6-7 in value) and 1 cracker (at most $7-8 in value). No where near advertised value of $40 and we are hugely disappointed with the experience. Never again!

Is uber order, after I opened the package, I found that some of the roses were in very poor condition, which is completely unacceptable and has left me very disappointed. May I ask if there was a problem?
