I ordered a Mango cheese cloud today and it had some fibrous piece of mango that had the texture of bamboo. Very unpleasant texture and it had a burn taste in it (for something that is a slush). I often order the same in every store but this time I was very disappointed.
I ordered a drink thru their machine and waited so long for it that I gave up and asked for a refund. The gentleman was cooperative , gave me a refund. Staff looked so lost , they were training a new cashier and i just get the impression that they were highly disorganized. Absolutely no reason to wait 20 or more minutes for $10 drink...dont think I will come back to this location.
Extremely rude cashier today at 8:35 PM, very unprofessional.
