31.05.2025 The ice you saw was thin because I had removed the excess ice cubes. I live in Claremont, just a 10-minute drive from home. Therefore, your statement about the melting of 1.5 ice cubes is absurd. I was merely expressing my opinion. Bubble tea is great. Love how many options from milk tea to fruit tea they all taste great. I would definitely recommend this place service is always quite fast.

Hi Presotea Nedlands, I recently visited your Nedlands branch and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the drink I ordered. The staff’s attitude came across as unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the drink did not meet expectations in terms of taste and quality.
