Milk tea matcha was delicious! And open late hours! Because night walk without bubble tea is not the same
That Presotea located on Mont-Royal is TERRIBLE, i gave it so many chances by adding comments or taking different drinks and they were ALL BLAND watery and SAD... If you serve 1 item, please make it the best! :(
If you love your tapioca pearls ROCK HARD AND RAW, here's your spot! Manager needs to either retrain the team or just shut the place down. It's not that hard, but y'all are either undercooking or skipping hte resting stage or most likely (because a few were chewy but 95% were hard and gross) reheating cooled-down pearls to save money & effort. Either way, it's a failure, akin to Tim Horton's serving up raw sausage patties. My first time there and I'll certainly never be back.
Bought the mango drink. Taste no mango. After asking the seller tells me oh yeah we're out of mango 😆 Didn't even offer my money back. I just bought a mango-less mango drink for 11$
