long term client, but this time very disappointing. I came around 8.30pm on Aug 15. the male staff didn't know what he was doing, and sold me a peach (12$)tasted like plain water you could see the color of it ( I ordered no ice) . very disappointed, I have order the same peach tea here for so long. you have just lost a loyal client today. would never come back here again, the quality keeps going down everytime to come.
Very disappointing customer service experience today (Wednesday) August 12th. The staff member serving me was extremely rude and seemed unwilling to properly answer basic questions. His tone and attitude made me feel very unwelcome as a customer. I can’t speak to his reasons for behaving that way, but the experience was uncomfortable and left a very bad impression. Just curious- should the staff be taking the red tool (looks like cylindrical but not sure) directly FROM this sink, swirling it around inside the bubble tea blender before blending the drink, and then pouring it into the customer’s cup? I was a little concerned because it didn’t seem very hygienic.
