I have no idea why but the employee refused to serve me before I even said a word. She served other clients but I had to order from the machine and my drink came after everybody else that came after me were served. At least the drink were good...
Boba was tasty but service was rough. I came in on August 7th around 1:40PM, I only ordered 2 regular to go bobas, and it took them over 10 minutes for them to give it to me despite there being only one other person in front of me. My order was a to-go order but I didn’t receive a bag or straws and I had to grab them and ask for a bag. Employees looked like they did not want to be there
