I love presto tea but this one is farby the worst. First, we asked for large cups and he gave us the regular cups. And I ordered for a slushy frappe and my drink is just pure regular cafe with no slush in it. Disappointing, I know it’s probably just a part time job but considering their pricing of the menu, it should be taken seriously

I usually stop by for tea whenever I take the metro, and I always leave a tip because I’m a big fan of your shop. Today, however, I was a little disappointed for the first time. I don’t mind some ice, but it felt like there was more ice than the drink itself. The tapioca pearls were also stuck together, so when I got home I had to open the cup and stir it myself to separate them. I give 5 stars because Élia is the best worker i have ever seen she did for me such a good drink will forever remember it
Very good service from the Moldavian girl, very good bubble tea, worth every dollar. 100% would recommend.
