Je trouve que l'emplacement de ce presotea est idéal pour moi, et j'ai aussi remarqué une grande amélioration avec le respect de leurs heures d'ouverture comparé à comment c'était il y a plusieurs mois! Mes bubbletea que j'aime commander le plus c'est le latté au sucre roux avec tapioca, le slush de taro et le slush au café torréfié japonais Le service est aussi bien :) Seul petit truc c'est que le tapioca est parfois un peu sec, mais à part de ça j'aime bien! I’ve been a loyal customer from the first day it opened. Unfortunately, as the months have gone by, it’s been a disappointment after disappointment. I’ve asked for less sugar and less ice and they never fail to mess it up; i ask them to take away a topping and they charge it as an extra… like make that make sense???? And for reference, NO other Presotea in mtl does that (trust me I’m a boba addict); they’re ALWAYS out of tapioca, even 3-4 hours before closure, and they’ve put the wrong toppings in my drink as if to fill it b... read more

At the end of the day, I ordered bubble tea with tapioca only, but turns out they decided to mix in some jelly as well with the tapioca when I specifically asked tapioca only! They did not have enough tapioca to fill in the cup so they added jelly. Unfortunately this is not the first time it happens. It's unacceptable as I have had allergic reaction to this type of jelly in the past!

Service à la clientèle pourri! Même si j’étais la seule cliente, la caissière était dérangée de faire son travail 💀 Je regrette même d’avoir laisser un tip…
