Avoid this branch at all costs. Incompetent staff
I'm only giving a one star review even though my drink was good because the owner is really rude. I've been to this specific location multiple times and I've heard her yell at her staff during rush times. That is not a good way to treat your own staff. Do better.
Nul le personnel
I accidentally ordered an extra drink at the self-service kiosk and immediately asked if it could be canceled before it was prepared. Unfortunately, my request was refused and the staff were mean and rude and they were ignoring us.
Idk if Vanessa( one of the servers) and her lady gang had a bad day or just don't like their jobs but they seem annoyed , impatient and don't want to be working. As any other tea place I go, I regurlarly go to One Babo Tea place , whenever there's a topping that I'm not sure of the taste nor if I would like it, I ask for a sample just to make sure I enjoy the drink I order AND PAY FOR!!!.
