Favorite bubble tea in Nepean!!
The service is so bad, when you go to order they just stare at you. I expected a “hello how can I help you today”, and instead I got a very bland judgy look. I looked at him and he kind of just looked at me kind of saying “well?” and honestly, I’m so upset about it. i’ve seen them sneeze and not wash their hands, and cross contaminate. the vibes in here are so boring and honestly it’s so scary coming in just to be greeted with absolutely nothing. the drinks come out good, at least there’s one thing, but it takes them forever... read more

Taste really nice and many options. Slightly expensive but worth it.
I came in to grab a quick bubble tea tonight. I wanted to make a small substitution to my drink order and the staff were very accommodating. In an attempt to offset the substitution, they doubled one of the other ingredients at no charge, however the flavor was unfortunately quite overpowering. When I addressed the issue, they immediately corrected the error and re-made my order. Ming was very courteous and pleasant.
