Got a tea delivered to my house and I kid you not more than half of it was pearls. I thought the pearls were added to the tea not the other way around. If I could add a photo you'd be confused because you'd think I'd have a bowl of cereal without the milk, which is might basically be because there was so little of the milk anyway.
I walked through the door having the lady show attitude and i ordered the brown sugar it was unedible and tasted like complete sugar the thai was orange
Lovely staff and tea
I love presotea, what I don’t love is the workers at this location. Every single time I come here the workers are too busy chatting to notice customers are lined up to order, or they’re watching YouTube or videos at the back. Disappointing. They also don’t greet customers, I came in yesterday to pick up an app order and three girls were too busy chatting and excitedly jumping around over a shirt to see me and when one of them did, they just said thanks and went back to their friends. The roasted oolong was alright and could have benefited from a stronger tea flavor. The space itself is cute, though seating is a bit limited.
