Service was extremely disappointing. I visited on Wednesday 14/1/2026 at 12pm and politely requested to swap the green tea base to another tea due to a recent supplier change affecting the taste. This request has been approved at other Presotea stores and was also confirmed by Presotea customer service through official channels. I even offered to pay extra, but after the store clerk called to check with the manager on the phone, the request was declined rudely. About 20 minutes ago, I left my purse behind and was about to drive off, when the young lady who had served us, rushed out to return my purse. I want to commend on her honesty and swift action as we would have driven off without my purse. Thank you very much!
