The drinks are always fresh, perfectly balanced, and made with care. Judy and Louis were super friendly and welcoming, taking the time to recommend great flavors and customize my order just right. The service was quick, the atmosphere was cozy, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely my new go-to spot for bubble tea!

It was the fastest service I’ve ever received at a Presotea. The worker, Louis, was amazing — he understood all the modifications I wanted for my drink and handled them with such patience. The whole place was really clean.
Louis and Judy served our food with a great hospitality! They have the positive energy that will make you really like the brand itself. For someone that works under KPIs, I would definitely give them a great recognition as they represent the brand so well!!
