Slow. Hot, no AC. Crusty at best. Expensive
Not actually a presotea even though the sign says so. And, they are open, even though it says ‘temporarily closed’ online. There are two parts— A boba place and in the back, a food place. all one restaurant. The boba was fine, very standard. The food was terrible and not what we ordered. When we asked for a refund, the bigger woman who runs the boba part argued with us, told us we were wasting food, told us we didn’t know cantonese food even though they gave us the wrong order. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this bubble tea to anyone! One lady was so rude. I could not believe it but the cashier was okay.
I figured it's a hot day it's been a while since I got a pineapple slush from presto tea...no longer called presto tea it's called lazy panda ..I still went to the cash area , the cashier was nice .I asked her if they had just a pineapple slush and she asked the other girl working . Who insisted that it wouldn't taste well to add milk or a topping . I told her I was just looking for a slush noty added . Not presto tea anymore even though the big sign say so! Ordered a passion fruit green tea half sugar and regular ice, they just use syrup for the flavour. No real passion fruit in it and what ice did they give me. When I got the drink either all ice melted or they are too cheap on ice. It taste really bad. Thanks god I only did half sugar.
