I’ve been to this branch 3 times so far with pretty standard experiences, nothing to write home about, but my last visit yesterday was an absolute joke for a store like Presotea: shop was staffed by 2 people, one of whom was absolutely clueless about how to do anything and had to keep getting corrected and assisted by the other one. This was the case both when he was at the back fumbling to operate the machines and make the drinks, and when he came to the cash while his coworker took over the drink making because he couldn’t... read more
