I always go to presotea and the customer service is just beyond amazing. But today i went and the cashier was the rudest person ever! Refused to split my drink in two cups. Been getting the same order for my kids for so long but this guy isn’t worth working there. Claiming they changed the policy! I asked to speak to the manager apparently she was in a “meeting”.
Le drink était bon, mais les jeunes qui travaillaient ont mis la musique tellement forte, avec du gros rap, qu’on se serait cru au Mardi Gras. J’étais crampé de rire tout le long ! S’il vous plaît, pensez à mettre une musique plus tranquille. Ah, et j’avais commandé un bubble tea… pas une bouteille de Grey Goose ! lol
Best boba place EVER! The cashiers are very kind and wear gloves so they don't make your boba dirty, not that much of a long wait but the Mango slush is REFRESHING!
Vraiment très déçus le servise est devenue meilleure mais les bubble tea super mal fait j’ai payer 11$ ! Pour un verre de glace sérieux !
