Very disappointing experience. The staff here don’t seem friendly at all – no smile and a very poor attitude compared to other bubble tea shops. I ordered two Panda Pearl Fresh Milk Teas, but both drinks were completely wrong. I only realised the mistake after I got home, which was extremely frustrating. Bad service and incorrect orders. Staff should pay more attention to customers and check orders properly.

Today I went there to buy bubble tea for my friends because it was very hot, and they were still working on Christmas Eve. The staff had no passion and kept making rude faces. I didn’t understand why. I thought maybe she was unhappy working on Christmas Eve, so I smiled at her to be friendly. But she still looked rude. I was really disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a large hot Brown Sugar Latte with pearls but was told that couldn’t be done hot, and was instead offered a hot Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I assumed it was a like-for-like substitute, but when I received my drink, there was no straw. When I asked for one, I was told straws aren’t recommended for hot drinks.
