I didn’t order drink first my husband did because I couldn’t decide at first so after my husband order I went to order a drink, a girl with glass on Tuesday afternoon she glanced at me as if I asked drink for free??? Please customer service needs to be taken seriously. Never buying anything from there henceforth!

Lovely staff members who let us order even after they were closed.
We just bought 2 glasses of milk tea, a child accidentally spilled the water right in front of the door and the staff there glanced at us and were annoyed why their service was so bad and lacking in sophistication. of presotea should review your attitude and re-educate your employees
The store keeps closing very EARLY! Always close before 1 hour which is very annoyed. Today it should be close at 6pm but last order at 5pm Whether the shop can change open and close time range on google or Follow the time you posted PLEASE!
