I was really disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a large hot Brown Sugar Latte with pearls but was told that couldn’t be done hot, and was instead offered a hot Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I assumed it was a like-for-like substitute, but when I received my drink, there was no straw. When I asked for one, I was told straws aren’t recommended for hot drinks. Perfect milk tea every time with fast service! Even when it’s busy.
I didn’t order drink first my husband did because I couldn’t decide at first so after my husband order I went to order a drink, a girl with glass on Tuesday afternoon she glanced at me as if I asked drink for free??? Please customer service needs to be taken seriously. Never buying anything from there henceforth!
