I had never drank any bubble tea before, but this Presotea was my first. Now I find myself going there all the time. There's so many different flavours you could get but my favourite is milky Taro. The staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been yet
I absolutely love PrestoTea in Ellenbrook! The drinks are always so fresh and flavorful, with a great variety to choose from. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service every time. The store is clean, cozy, and a perfect spot to grab a refreshing bubble tea. Highly recommend trying their signature milk teas or fruit teas – you won’t be disappointed! Definitely my go-to bubble tea spot in Ellenbrook!

Been going here for a while and never had a problem until today. Got the usual for my daughter and she said it was gross, which she NEVER says about anything. We all sampled it and agreed it was sub-par. We were already at Boost Juice by that point (which was excellent, by the way), so we got her something there instead. Took it back to Presotea to get my money back and the boy serving said bluntly, "no refunds".
