Long at Presotea provides some of the best customer service we’ve had. We usually sit at the restaurant next door and he always goes out of his way to bring our order over to us. He even remembers my order off by heart, despite us only coming in once or twice every couple of weeks. Always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. It’s the little things like this that make you want to keep coming back. Long is an absolute legend!

The only place I get my bubble teas! They always get it right and always taste absolutely delicious. Current obsession is lychee milk tea 🧋, highly recommended!
Idk if staff were busy today but I found a piece of red plastic in my drink. At first I thought maybe its jelly but no its plastic.
Been waiting over 20 minutes for a single drink, gave no warning of the wait time, could have done shopping and come back... Shall not return! Btw I'm still waiting for my drink 😬
