My little daughter and I love the bubble tea at Presotea because it’s always freshly brewed. The drinks are consistently delicious, and you can really taste the quality. We always enjoy coming here, and it’s one of our favorite places for bubble tea. Highly recommended!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The lady, may be the owner, was rude. The drink tasted so artificial that I couldn’t even finish it. I took one sip and threw the whole cup in the bin. Save your money and go somewhere else. Never come back because of the poor customer service and disappointing drink.
The lady who served me this morning was laughably rude when she got my order wrong. When queried, she retorted with that's you ordered without checking the label. Then she snatched it away without a word to fix my drink. And finally handed it back without any kind of apology. It was not as if they were under the pump either - there were literally no other customers around...
I got the brown sugar latte with pearls, the tea itself was alright, the pearls were undercooked, and my friend almost swallowed plastic that somehow ended up in my tea. Didn’t know pieces of plastic were included in the tea!! Very cute surprise, thanks PresoTea.
