It said back in 10 minutes and it has been 20 minutes doors are shut and no one inside. This is very disappointing. Also the phone line is shut so you cannot even call. Is this how you do business?? . Google said you were open?? I am sorry but that is misleading you need to update your business hours if closed on PH. Been going to this one for a long time.... always order extra pearls but lately they barely put in even a full amount as if I didnt order them. Might have to start looking at other locations.
I ordered through the app and received ready to pick up. Went to store and saw a note saying be back in 10 mins. I understand if they only have one person working so I waited outside until saw two of staff came back with their lunch. I don’t understand when you know there is an order to pick and both staff go to buy lunch together? Staff need to be trained better or the boss just doesn’t know about this.
