I am a regular customer at this branch, and I consistently receive the best service here compared to any other location in WA. The team is always friendly, efficient and makes fantastic drinks. Today, I was served by Ophelia, who provided a lovely and professional service. Just before serving me, she handled a difficult and unfortunate situation with a previous customer. I came several times and I like the drinks over there. However, this afternoon around 2pm, I had avery bad experience from a young lady. My husband ordered 2 drinks and forgot to add any toppings. After receiving my drinks, I asked her if I could pay for some white pearls. I dont enjoy the drink without any toppings. She said yes but I have to pay cash, but did not mention about I have to have exacly $1 coin to put into the tips box. Then I gave her $10 (my smallest note), she said she didn't have change.
