My go to place for bubble tea the person working tonight also gave me extra panda jelly with my bubble tea I’m so happy

The drink I like isn't offered in lactose free option, so didn't get a drink. Pearl milk tea, boba, I think yours is a coffee with brown sugar is the one I always get at other places. Yes it's very sweet.
I’m a somewhat regular customer at this Presotea location and i’ve recently noticed a young girl working more frequently during the day. Her outgoing demeanour is a lovely change from the usually quiet (yet still kind) workers i’m used to, very inviting and sociable. I already love this Presotea location, my drinks are always quick and well made and this new younger workers attitude lifts up the shops energy greatly.
So disappointed. Most of the drinks we chose were out of stock and the cashier behaved as he’s done for the day. Anyway I’ve asked for a drink with crystal jelly and all I had was some sort of dried up fiber almost like coconut flake. Very disappointing
