The Asian woman, who mostly runs the place, I believe either manager or operator. She is extremely rude. The last time I visited she blew her nose using tissue paper but never washed her hand and just continued to make juices. I was disgusted, I ended up throwing my coffee slush in the garbage. $14 went straight to garbage. She needs to be retrained and get health and safety certificate. The tea flavour isn't the best, somehow freshly squeezed or real fruit is better
Really disappointed with my experience at Presotea. The wait time was way too long, and the staff seemed untrained and confused. It felt like my time was not valued at all. Definitely needs service improvement.
Disgusting and the worst customer service ever took 20 mins for a regular drink don’t ever come to this place I will give it 0 if I could 🤢
Watched a server drink her own drink and then handle a customers without washing hands.
