Very noisy in side but the service & the sustenance provided was ideal. A place I'd considered going back to order from. Edit as of February 2026: Noise level has substantially lessened Jazz ambient music was amazing back ground tunes to ease the mind. Service was still excellent & my beverage 🧋 was made exactly how I requested. Best 🧋 place in the city!
We’ve been regulars at Presotea for the last 3 years or so, and honestly, Alexis and Maria are a huge part of why we keep coming back. Their customer service is more than exceptional. Just recently tried their matcha milk tea and Thai milk tea oh gosh they were both so good, will have to be back soon!
