Words can't express how much of a hassle it is to sign up for a PC card - expect to wait a couple weeks, and then some more, and then just a bit more. I've heard of others getting their cards in week but this looks like it's the odd one out. Cash back is nothing special so I'd recommend signing up for one from a different company.
