Extremely Disappointed with President’s Choice Financial I used to have no issues with this bank, but the past week has been a nightmare. First, an e-transfer I sent got stuck and I spent half a day trying to reach customer support—phone lines and website chat were impossible to connect. Then, in the same week, money was withdrawn from my card without explanation, even though I keep my card secure and never share it.
