Opened account, the guy said it was a glitch and that if I call, they can make it joint over the phone. Untrue. PC money account can never be joint, according to the guy on the phone. EfTs take 7-10 days to get from other FI to PC. Do etransfer as it is 30 min. Almost 2 hour hold with 2 diff agents on phone. Hopefully after that, things are better. Agent on the phone also told me EFT can not be cancelled and to ask my other bank to cancel it. The other bank can not cancel anything as they do not know it is leaving. Logged in... read more
Not able to activate my new PC card. No one can answer my questions (called 4 times), loosing so much time on the phone.
Thanks to Kayla I was able to sign up for a Pc optimum card and it was a breeze! Great service and just a pleasent experience overall
