Have no clue what they are doing. One set of rules supposedly for in person and another for online.... that's ridiculous and thought reading the flyer would help. No expertise at all. Didn't even bother to try and help. DO NOT GO IN THERE
The worst financial institution I have come across in my past 70 years of Banking. They tell you how wonderful they are but their staff are fraudsters. Every time I spoke to them they blamed me for telling lies. Over three years they refused to check out the fraudulent work that amounted to over $5,000.00. They never lifted a finger to assist me in getting my money back. I worked very hard at lowering my debt but that never happened. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They charge NSF fees for no reason, when I have more than enough money in my account, and when I speak to someone over the phone about it, they don't speak English and don't want to help. It's a free bank, and you get what you pay for...
Not sure where all these good reviews come from... I recently opened a no fees account. The lady told me I would earn interest on the money I had in the account. So after a couple of months.. no interest added to my account. I've been into the pavilion inside superstore many times, but every time there is only one agent who is busy with someone for atleast 10 minutes. After Ive waited 20 minutes I just leave.
