chased my mom and made her sign up for a mastercard when she’s not fluent in english. put in some random gmail account for her to sign up that i dont even recognize, so i cant activate her damn card.

Fake place don’t even exist
This is the worse PC Financial location and they have no right knowledge about a simple bank account. I opened a PC Money bank account and as again mentioned that it won't effect my credit score. Unfortunately, my score was down because of this stupid bank account and agent as well. I already have two bank accounts with two major banks and non of them did a hard inquiry because of just opened the bank account. Be careful when you purchase lottery tickets with your PC Financial Master Card . They do charge immediately and to their discretion between 5 to 10 CND as a CASH EQUIVALENT FEE in your statement . This is weird, unacceptable and inconsistent because not at all lottery places …. It happens the same . Actually I believe it is ilegal. My next move will be to denounce it to BBB Canada .
