Inexperienced customer service, I recently applied for PC money accout and called customer service to resolve the issue i was experiencing. The girl who assisted me had NO CLUE what i was trying to say and can't figure out the New features on PC Money Account. She transferred my call to the specialist i waited for 15 minutes and then she said i can't be able to find anybody please you would have to wait little bit longer. I hung up on her. Seriously Your organization have such an inexperienced staff.
