Today I was dealing with Stephan for auto insurance renewal. I was and still impressed with Stephan professionalism, knowledgeable and excellent good communication skills. Money card seems like a good idea. When you use it for purchases they are deducted instantly from your balance. When you do returns, like core returns or wrong parts they hold your money hostage for weeks. This is not a credit card but a prepaid debit card. Why do they hold the cash hostage ? The stupid chat bot they use, just goes in circles and answers nothing.
