Worst customer service ever they can not even add a name on your application. And they will reject your application for something that simple ? The lady didn’t want to give me the supervisor name. That’s was very incompetent and just hang up on me. I will not recommend this bank at all!
Wish I read the reviews first before I opened an account with this bank. The wait is ridiculous to speak to a customer service agent. Absolutely terrible.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with can't access account on hold for over an hour first person I spoke with was clueless he could not access my account and had no explanation or a clue for it. what JOKE...........
