Wish I read the reviews first before I opened an account with this bank. The wait is ridiculous to speak to a customer service agent. Absolutely terrible.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with can't access account on hold for over an hour first person I spoke with was clueless he could not access my account and had no explanation or a clue for it. what JOKE...........
I don't leave negative feedback very often but this needs to be shared: - My MC card was stolen so I set it to stolen in the app, then I'm locked out of the app and need to call in, I've called in 6 times and waited more than 45 min each time before giving up. They didn't reach out to me to replace my card and I can't get through to them to request a replacement or even pay my last bill. Their customer services is terrible, actually they have zero customer service for me here. After this ordeal I will cancel all my PC financ... read more
