Dont open the account with these guys they are fraud and thief from last 10 days they didnt gave my money its on hold which bank hold the intrac i have no idea no one gave me proper answers bullshit guys please close your account in this branch
Awful customer service whether it's PC Optimum or PC Financial. The workers at the call centre are unhappy, rude, and unhelpful. Long wait times (approx an hour). I've been on hold and on the phone all morning, even tried online chat, spoke to 4 different people and I still haven't resolved anything. Seriously thinking of cancelling all my accounts. Waste of time!
