Awful customer service whether it's PC Optimum or PC Financial. The workers at the call centre are unhappy, rude, and unhelpful. Long wait times (approx an hour). I've been on hold and on the phone all morning, even tried online chat, spoke to 4 different people and I still haven't resolved anything. Seriously thinking of cancelling all my accounts. Waste of time!
Very bad customer service! I received e-transfer, but never showed in my account for two weeks. They wanted to eat my money secretly! Not honest system!
My card stopped working and I could not replaced it until the new one arrived because there is no customer service that you can speak to and that cannot be done online, they never pick the phone, unless you have hours of spare time to wait and wait. But the online system is faulty too and, at some point I could not login into my own account. The people are not helpful. They keep telling me to call the telephone number which doesn't let me speak to a real person.
