Individual banks are fine, tellers are nice but cannot solve larger issues. Cannot spend more than $1000 a day, unless I call first. I cannot register for a Smithsonian Journeys trip because they will only allow an increase to cover the deposit for two days (it can take up to two weeks for the tour operator to process the deposit). I will never be able to take a vacation as long as they are my primary bank. This bank has been by far the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. They lack ethics, empathy, and professionalism. They are biased! They do not help your situation whatsoever they actually add misery to your life. My car was stolen and I paid off nearly 90% of the loan. However, they did not work with me throughout this process, they worked against me.
