I set up an appointment with the store manager and she was not there when my fiance and I arrived. Crystal even sent me two confirmation texts about our appointment. She was at a bridal show. The man helping did the best he could but he works with rentals and we wanted to buy. He was not even aware there was any appointment at all. We were planning on booking that day. The worker was not able to give us any prices or let us know our discounts. It was a complete waste of time.

I reserved a Tux through President Tuxedo. However, I was unable to pickup the Tux because President Tuxedo closed all their stores in March when the Coronavirus shutdown happened. I ended up having to use another Tuxedo rental company. I still have not receieved a refund from President Tuxedo. I am unable to get ahold of anyone from the company. I have submitted multiple emails and called their customer support line and left them numerous voicemails. I realize that Coronavirus negatively impacted businesses everywhere, but ... read more
